In light of the massive challenges we’re all facing—COVID 19, systemic racism, economic inequality to name just a few—we’re working hard to help our clients navigate these troubling times. With that in mind, the Schonfield Consulting team worked closely this Spring with the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust (PVCHT) on a 3-year Strategic Plan. We also launched a new project with Salesforce.org to identify solutions that help nonprofits measure impact. Please read more below.
Strategic Planning with
Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust
Over the last 6 months, we led the Watsonville CA-based PVCHT through a strategic planning process that gathered insight and data from Board members, staff and community partners. The data informed a 2-day, action-packed retreat in Monterey CA, where we honed PVCHT’s mission, vision, goals, and strategies for the future. Working closely with the Executive Director and a Board/staff committee, we finalized the 3-year Strategic Plan with strong buy-in from all levels of the organization. We’re excited to see PVCHT’s progress over the next 3 years.
A Crucial Time for Impact Measurement & Program Management
Anyone working with nonprofits knows the importance of meaningful impact measurement. Being able to communicate your impact attracts donors, talent and opportunities. Now more than ever, it’s crucial to understand and demonstrate your impact. Since March, Schonfield Consulting has worked with leaders at Salesforce.orgto understand the impact needs and challenges of nonprofits, and to create more affordable and accessible technologies for impact measurement and program management. Ultimately we’re supporting Salesforce to offer technologies that help nonprofits become more powerful and effective in their work.
